new here and need help
 

Hello everyone, I happen to find this site and it looks great. I am a mom of 3 (6 yr old twins and an 8 yr old) married and two jobs.

Welcome! I hope you can find the support here you need. It's a great site (I've only been on a week or so but I love it). I am a SAHM of 2....5 year old boy and 4 year old girl. What are your goals??

my goals would be to lose about 60lbs, I have been watching what I eat and get moving since sept and all seems to happen is I went 3lbs and down 6lbs, seems to be the story then I get frustrated and give up. I even tries slim fast for a week and gained 2 lbs???

Hi...I'm new as well (as you can probably tell since this is my first post). I have 9 month old twin boys. I have already found lots of useful information here and I am sure that you will too. If you would like to talk just let me know. I am counting calories and starting to exercise more and it seems to be working well so far and I feel much better than I did just two weeks ago. Keep at it and it will start to improve. It's hard to stay motivated...but then I look at my babies and I know that this will be so worth it.
