I'm going to lose this time!
 

Today is my 1st day (again) on SB. I tried it 2 months ago for 3 days, followed the book, couldn't do the salads anymore. I'm excited because I've been reading your forum and recipes and feel like I have a chance a being successful this time, I can't believe all the great stuff I'll get to eat. This morning I had Steve's milkshake. Yum. I haven't told my husband I'm doing it because this is only the 100th diet I've started in our 12 years of marriage. I'm just going to see if he notices that I'm losing weight - because I truly think I'm going to! Yea! :D
