I am in the process of getting back into exercising and losing the baby weight ( need I mention my baby is 6 :o ) for once and for all. I live in NH and look forward to meeting you all. I used to work out all the time but 6 years have gone by in a flash and I need that kick in the butt to get me going again :strong: :tread:

ive got to lose this weight 6st because i was asked when my baby was due my baby is 4 yrs old :o .i used to do loads of exercise and cant get myself to do any.im hoing to find lots of support here.
