hey there. My name is lauren also known as Loz. I'm 19....20 in may and looking to lose 65lbs. I'm currently at 15st 5lb which has just gradually crept up over the last couple of years. I've been meaning to something about it but have just been lacking the motivation and the support which i think is so important.

food downfall....mine has to be chocolate. So difficult to resist!! But I'm sure with each others support we can do this!
