Just joined and looking for buddies
 

I am 36 and only need to lose 10 lbs but am on a 1 1/2 year gaining cycle where I am compulsively overeating. I used to exercise and eat healthy foods but now start to feel overly fatigued after a few days of exercise and feel like I get sick at the drop of a hat. The situation is a little depressing, but I would like to stop the compulsive eating cycle and get healthy again. I work full time, am married, and have a 2 1/2 year old child.
