all in search of a buddy check in
Hi I am new to the site, it seems like a lot of us are looking for buddies including me :D Why not get a group of us to keep posting on the same thread instead of so many different ones. This way no matter what time of the day you check in someone else might be on the thread as well. I am newbie, so if this type of thread already exists PLEASE point me to it :^: I am approaching my 50th birtday (9/20) :eek: and I want to be 145 instead of 185. I lost about 25 lbs two years ago on Atkins and gained all plus more back :( I excersise, eat low fat, use sugar subsitues and use many of the diet type products out there. My prob is I eat, drink, and party to much. I think about food non stop and eat because I love food, not cause I am hungry. I am going to go to WW's tonight and will be signing. Fighting my constant cravings will be the hardest. Hopefully when I have cravings during the day I will come to this site for some inspiration to fight if off. So if you are like me and want a thread to call home that will help you fight off cravings post here, and will will battle :drill:this monster together :gossip: This site has the best smilies |

where did you find the bar graph that you are using as a signiture line, I love it, I want one to............................. Do you want to be the first to sign up for our buddie group, we need to think of a fun name. Fat Busters, chubby chicks, Fat-titude, Livin Large other ideas?????????

The bar graph, go to your control panel then click on edit signature, right there is the directions to get your own. I'll put some thought into a name... |

MsPatri...I am doing WW too. Which plan will you be on?? I can totally relate to loving food. I LOVE food. I love trying new foods. New restaurants. Even if Im not hungry.
