Hi everyone! I just stumbled across this site today and decided to gather me some extra support! And also give support where I can, of course. :)

I'm Jenn, 29, mommy to Alex, who will be 3 in May. I work part-time at a daycare, teach music lessons, and sell tupperware. I keep so busy, you'd think I'd be a skinny minny!

I used to be. :) But, over the years, same foods and less activity, plus a pregnancy, have done me in. But I'm getting there. I started serious changes on Jan. 1, 2004, and lost 30 lbs. last year. And I've lost 5 so far this year. Along with some quality inches!

It's slow, it's hard, and I could use some motivation to greatly improve the exercising aspect of life.

I live in southwestern PA, just outside of Pittsburgh. Anyone in the area??

Hi Jenn! Welcome :) I have a little boy that will be 3 in July. There is a great thread of Mommy's losing weight and supporting each other here :) It's in the Support Forum under "Moms Losing Weight". There's a new thread every day. Tomorrow (Wednesday) will be Moms Losing Weight #62 - join us! :)
