New And Needing a Buddy

Hi,
I am a new mother of a 5 week old. I also have a 3 year old. Today is my first day of dieting and I would love to have a buddy to go through the ups and downs of dieting with. This is the first time I have ever dieted and I could use all the help I can get. :?:
