I joined this board today and wanted to introduce myself and all that.

I live in Australia, in Melbourne to be precise and have been overweight all my life (except for a couple of months there as a baby). I've failed on almost every diet but this time is different - this time I'm doing it for real.

So far I've lost 5 kgs of my 20kg goal just by cutting out junk food and exercising more. I'm pretty happy about that.

Anyhow, am looking forward to get to know people around here and getting/giving support!
