Newbies Support Group...
 

Would anyone be interested?? I was thinking since we have lots of newbies that have started in the last few weeks or so...and I am one of them...
we could start our own support group over in the SUPPORT GROUP forum...I think it would be a great!! WE could post there daily and go through this together...

Hi Selena, I think that is a great idea. I would love to have some support daily. I have met a few people just starting but after a day or so I lose track of them. I'm going to be doing this forever. I'm in it for the long haul.

I will check back today and see if we have a little group of newbies forming.

I think a Newbie Support Group is a great idea. I tend to need a lot of input and encouragement from others!

Thanks Selena! This was such a great idea! I can't think of any good names right now. I will keep thinking. It should definately be something special since we all ROCK!! Take Care I will keep checking in to find out what you all come up with for an identity :D . It will be nice to get to know everyone.

Sounds excellent! Please post something to let us know where and the name of the support group! I think it will greatly benefit all of us! I know I'll need support with the lofty goal I've set!

I would love to be included. I also am a new member. I live in ny need some help getting motivated, can't really do alot of excer, I have a problem with nerves in my arms, just need to get some one to motivate myself. i would like to lose 10 lb I think 15 would be dreaming, but I hope for 10, I took of 5 and put it back on over the winter.
