New, need a buddy for motivation!

Hey, first time coming here and I am on the journey to weight loss.
I am at my heaviest weight- 300 lbs. I am only 28 and have so much to live for... but my weight keeps me depressed. I need a buddy I can chat with online, maybe email during the day when I need motivation.

I would love to be your buddy. I am new at this also. I joined the forum a year ago but I didnt really work on lossing weight. I do you have AIM? I would love to talk to you.
