Starting to figure this out

I am new to the site and I am having a hard time figuring out how to work the site. I do not do alot online. Just wanted to say hello and to start losing this weight. Your right. I have been reading some of the posts and can not beleive the support here. I think I can lose the weight, but I have a problem with motivation at times and there seems to be alot of it here.
