New to this site but

not new to diets. Last week I restarted the South Beach Diet. I don't like having to weigh and measure. About me: I'm a 52 year old working mom with a SAH husband and a 4 yr old tornado (oops, daughter). I don't always have a lot of computer time except on Sunday when DH and DD go to MIL's for the afternoon.

My greatest reason for wanting to lose weight is to be healthy for my daughter.
