getting ready to turn 50 and need some buddies to help me look like Oprah
 

Hi, I'm currently 49, and live in indiana and would love to have some buddies to help motivate me to get ready for the big 50 birthday and look as good as Oprah does. I want to turn 50 and feel better than ever. Oprah did it and so can I. I turn 50 in may and need to lose 35 lbs. Anyone out there interested in being my buddy?

when is the big day? drink lots of water, cut out the fattening junk food,cut down on the portions. good luck :) glen

thanks for my first response glen, may 26th. I drink some water but am a diet coke addict. i've tried to kick that habbit many times but get terrible headaches. i want so badly to look and feel good again. I lost alot of weight several years ago and maintaind until the last 3 years and it's creeping back on. I've got to get on track again.
