Hi,

I'm Karin from Northern CA. I am the mother of 3 (12, 4 & 4). After many years of actually needing to, I finally started a weight loss program on November 1st. Looking forward to getting some great tips/ideas from these forums.

My name is also Karen. I'm also new to the site and we have the same weight loss tracker, so I'm assuming we have similar tastes. How's the weight loss going so far. I started my first Weight Watchers meeting today. I've got 30lbs. to get rid of that I've gained over the past 4 years. How are you planning to take off the weight.
