New and searching for help.

  • Hi to Everyone.
    I just found this site and registered. Hopefully I am posting correctly. I am desparately trying to lose 100 pounds and can only seem to go a few days at a time before I fall off the diet wagon. I would love to have a buddy so we could support each other, be there for each other to whine, rant or applaud throughout this grueling process. I do a great Vanna WHite imitation. Some weeks I am at the gym each day, my diet goes great and other times ...well..poo..... its all goes badly...maybe an army sargeant to follow me around each day would be a good idea but I havent seen a site for that.

    Welcome to the site. This is a wonderful place ~ people who understand what you are going through. They are encouraging, inspirational ~ just the best. If you want ~ come on down to the 100 pound club. (It is further down the list under clubs and groups.) People who have 100 or around 100 pounds to lose.

    I need to lose just a little over a hundred pounds. I am doing the Weight Watcher Core program and I LOVE it! My first month I did very well, losing on average 2 pounds a week. These past two to three weeks have been more of a struggle though.

    I try focusing on mini goals so that I do not get overwhelmed with the whole 100 pounds!! I have set a goal to reach 199 by January 31st, but in order to reach it I have to shape up!! NO more slacking!
