Hello my name is Shannon and this is my first visit here. I must say interesting community title!

Well I have been on a weightloss journey for some time now. But THIS one started last year after the birth of my over seven pounds each twin girls. In August last year I was large at 232 pounds. Large and not happy and determined to lose it. And so far I have lost 70 pounds! MOstly by exercise and eating right although I did do Slimfast for about a month or two.

Now I am trying to get in better shape for my wedding. My long time boyfriend of nine years and I will be getting married next summer. I have yet to find a dress and that is ok because I hope I can lose two more sizes before even going into a shop.

I have four kids ages five and under! ;)
