30lbs in 4 mos

I had some great success about a year and a half ago with a thread by the same name. I would love to get it started again and see what happens.

I'm 25, almost 5'0" and wieghed in at 181 lb this morning.

I do not have any kids.

I live in southern California where looks are everything.
