Hi I am a new member. Tomorrrow is my birthday and even though I am very happy with my carreer I am disappointed with the lack of shape I am in at this point of my life so tommorow is the first day of the rest of my life. I want to lose 20 pounds as well as tone up. I have been on the diet rollar coaster most of my life. I look forward to getting to know some of you.
