Hello everyone!
I'm 31 f, married, mother of a cute 2.5yold, coming from Serbia. I decide to join your group to find some support in my quest to lose 50 lbs (now 172lbs, 5'5'', ultimate goal 122lbs :dizzy: ). The best diet for me seems to be a low-carb, low-fat, high-protein one, lots of veggies, fruits and nuts, along with an exercise plan (5x pw 45' low cardio, 2x pw 45' strength). I easily stick to such plan, but tend to lose control when having problems in other segments of my life (usually when overloaded with work). I don't plan to lose all 50 lbs in 1 year, but hope to be a good way on that track by summer 05. I start my diet today. See you around! Rgds, dragon2fly |
