Introduction
:) Hello. My name is Bec. I am 26, live in Australia and I work on a dairy farm. I weigh just over 100kg. My lowest weight has been 97kg about this time last year, so I've managed to maintain that without putting on too much. But it is that time again to try really hard to loose that weight. I will be doing this at home, and find online communities a great form of motivation and support. It is always good to talk to people that understand how it feels. Look forward to being part of the forum.

hello bec. im kaitikat. im a little younger than you. im 13. if you are looking for buddies i would be glad to be one of them. let me tell you about myself. i have been dieting since january. back then i weighed 132 pounds. now that it is september i weigh 112 or so. i kno i have been losing this weight at a slow pace. thats because i eat junk food on occasions. thats alright. i should be able to treat myself every so often! haha. let me kno if you need buddies!

Hello Kaitikat, Thankyou for your welcome. Nice to meet you. I agree you should be able to eat junk food, or any food you like on occasion. I like to think of dieting as more of a lifestyle change. I lost about 400grams this week, so almost 0.5 kg. I can't say that I tried hard this week. I really must do better next week. Look forward to talking to you more.

G,day girls I,m an aussie too i,ts good to know we,re not alone on this journey called weight loss Kaitikat congrats on your loss good stuff and Bec it,s good that you,ve stayed pretty much the same for 12mths I,m 46 a yoyo dieter I,m 86kgs and want to lose 16kgs been on healthy eating plan for 2 weeks and exersice which I hate at times but if you want to lose it they say move it well good to talk to you bye for now Blessed BE JULIE

Hi Julie, G'day fellow aussie. Over the last few months I feel as tho I've been on a yoyo, loose a kg put it back on again. Trying to get under the 100 kg mark again. I hope your healthy eating plan is still going well. I have hit a bit of a hitch. I have a bad cold/flu at the moment, so there goes any exercise for a little while. I have a couple of days off work, which is nice to be able to just sit and relax. Hope you have success, together we can work at it, 1 kg at a time.

Hi Bec good to hear from you I,m doing fine into second week of healthy diet lost another kg so far down from 87kgs to 84kgs fingers crossed just remember when your relaxing no junk food a couple of days from exercise won,t break the bank just get back to it as soon as you can bye for now JULIE
