Hello Everyone,
I need help. I am 34 and overweight, I am a mother of seven children. Ages 21 - 13 , one step son, 3 adopted, 3 birth children. My best friend died from obesity. Obesity Kills. She died at the age of 23 and left behind two children under the age of 5. I dont want to leave behind seven. I know everyone here is going through the same issues. We can pull together and beat this. They avise us not to put our emails on this post but I am. I don't want to go to another furnel due to someone dieing due to obesity. Please lets reach out to one another.

Connie,your message tugged at my heart.I know your a couragous person,you'd have to be to have 7 children.I'd like very much to be a "Buddy" for you if you'd like. I'm trying to lose 100 lbs and am on Atkins.I'm 50 yrs old with a grown son who lives at home to help out. I have muscular distrophy which makes excersize tough. So far I've lost 20 lbs the first 2 weeks.Your right. We can do it with a little help from a friend.
