Hey, Great!!
What plan are you doing? I am doing weight watchers but not the meetings. The flex plan, I just really got into it and am losing slow enough that I dont notice it. It takes me a while to see a difference.

On my own

Well I'm actually just doing it on my own really. I tried weight watchers at the begining of the year, and lost about 10 pounds, but being a college student I just didn't have the $9.95 a week to dish out. So now I'm just counting my calories and fat grams. I'm trying to stay between 1400-1600 calories a day and no more than 30-35 grams of fat. Its not really that tough, but when you first start out you really want to snack, at least that is how I am. I just started back on the diet last week hardcore. I kind of watched what I ate all summer but now I'm serious because I want to lost 15 pounds by November 20th, which is me and my boyfriends 1 year anniversary, and also because I'm meeting his parents for the first time over Thanksgiving. So thats a good goal..What about you what are your goals?
Over all I really want to get down to about 145, right now I'm at 175, which isnt extremely horrible, but its not good enough for me!

I agree. I am going to college and have just bought my first home. Needless to say I am broke!!! So, I dug out all my weight watchers stuff from when I was going to the meetings and started gathering recipes online. I am trying it myself. I also want to lose 30 pounds. Right now I weight close to 190 and am not happy with it.

Where abouts are you from? I'm in Missouri for now, but didn't really grow up here, but I have a feeling I will be here forever, cause my BF is from here. What year are you in school? I was thinking about trying weight watchers again on my own, but it is so hard, the thing I liked about WW is that you had to go get weighed in you know what I mean? It was like there was someone there to cheer you on or to be there to help you get back to where you need to be... I was at 190 in May and have droped 15lbs , but that was just because I had my tonsils taken out which meant I didn't eat for a week straight, and all summer I just mainted my weight but I figure nows a good as time as any to start sheding the pounds.

Hey!!!
Sorry it took me so long, I just wtarted back to my main job ( I work in a school) and have been adjusting to all the hours, as I have a second job too. I live in VT and we just bought a house over the summer so I am pretty stable there. I weight about 190, I usually weigh 150, but have had 3 failed pregnancies over the last 2 and a half years, so I need to take some off, before I can get pg. I dont concieve when I am this big, I dont know why, something about the weight slowing my body down. So the sooner I lose the weight the better. Hope to hear from you soon. If you want to email me that would be great too!!!
