need buddy have over 100lbs to loss
 

have lost and gained weight all my life need to change for health reason. now at 42yrs old finding it very hard. don't mind exercising but i guess i don't do anough and eat to much. i am now at my all time high of 285 need to get to at least 175. Todays is a new day I am going to eat mostly protien, veggies & fruits. Wish me luck. :^:

I just wanted to say Hi, I'm pretty new too and have received loads of help (at 100 club and over on the PCOS bit.) Its really hard getting going so you've done the hardest bit. People here can help you stay motivated and give you any advice about diet or exercise and just tell you that they know how you feel. Its great to get to know people who are losing weight and reaching their goals because it reminds you that this can be done.
