I'm new!
 
Hi everyone I'm new and I just thought I'd introduce myself! I'm Crystal and I'm 19 years old....I'm looking to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle....Support is hard to find alot of my friends are too lazy to try to lose weight, although I'm very lucky to have found a gym buddy...I'm just looking for the support and encouragement of others...I'm overwieght but not by much I'm trying to lose 40 pounds...I'm only 20 pounds overwieght...

Hey Crystal, I'm also looking to lose 20 pounds. Nothing seems to work...I'm currently looking for a buddy to help motivate me, and keep me on the right track. I'm 21 and a college senior. If you want to send me a message, that would be awesome!

I'm glad I finally found a place where my age group is available. My name is Vicky and I'm 20 years old. I'm 5'6 and unfortunately weight about 160. My lowest weight has been 134. I want to loose at least 30 lbs. I know it's going to take time and a lot of effort and I'm hoping there's someone outhere who may want to help me. I'd be interested in hearing you out and try my best to support you as much as I can. I'm on AIM, and MSN so you can instant message me if you can. I'd love to hear from anyone out there going through the same problem.

Hi

I'm 20 and in my last year of uni. I'd lost 18lbs but I've been away most of August and have put 5lb back on. I have about 12lb to lose. I'm on msn so im me if you need to chat, I could do with some motivation at the moment but I can also help with advice since I have lost some weight (through calorie counting and exercise).
