New Here and need a kick in the pants...
to keep me on track.
Hi I'm Julie, a full-time SAHM, part time out of home employee (restaurant cook.. so not always easy to watch calories in :p ). I'm 26 and the have 2 lil monkeys... err.. kids :dizzy: to keep me busy. I'm trying to just watch what I eat and move more (I'd love to be on the LWL board, but I haven't lifted since before I had my now 4 year old). But the move more part is hard for me to do. I don't have a standard schedule at work so saying 'I'm going to walk x amount every day at x hour' doesn't really work for me. I guess I need someone who'll keep tabs on me and remind me to get off my butt (and off the PC) and move!! |
Well... buddy or not.. I did manage to get 20 mins walks in yesterday and the day before. ... guess maybe I can do this on my own.... :coffee:
