Hi there ...if you have read the book The Abs Diet and want to try it...I myself am in my mid forties and have 30lbs to loose ...lets do it together ...it is so healthy...and not at all restrictive!....I thought it would be fun to get some buddies and do the six weeks together! Lt me know!!!
