Hi to all, i'm 46 :( i need to drop about 60lbs any help would be great.

Love the name. I am sometimes fedup too. :lol: I think if you cruise the boards you will find lots of help, support and suggestions here. It depends on what you do with the wealth of knowledge here, in how successful you are. I complain on my bad weeks, but if anyone asked me if things are better since joining 3fc, the answer would definitely be YES! So visit often. We've heard plenty but never turn our backs on anyone. I've been pretty miserable at times and I can always count on all the wonderful souls here to pick me up, kick my butt when needed or just listen. You've made a wise decision.
