Any Buddhist newbies out there?
 

I'm getting on the good eating wagon again. I'm hopeful, aware of past lapses, but ready to commit again. This time, I'm trying to integrate weight loss with Buddhist practice/teaching. This is new territory for me, and I am interested to see what I/we can develop. Is there anybody out there who wants to try also?
