Hi .... I just found this board by chance and Im glad I did. I weight 237 and I need to drop something, anything .......

Im 39 years old soon to be 40 and looking for a buddy around the same age and weight

I would love to meet someone from Vancouver, Canada but it's not my main goal.

Hi there I am 38 and have been in this battle for a long time. I am 5'3" and 210 now. I want to be 135 pounds as a final goal. I live in the NW but can always use more friends. I post on 2 other threads. Not new anymore but still losing 150 pounds is my main page. Join us there we have a great bunch of ladies.

I post on the thread * Not new anymore but still losing 150 pounds thread. It is started by lakelog. We have Dana, Deb, Gayle, Me, Ann, and a few others that post now and then. Look for the thread it is really fun to post there.
