Hi! I am Kiran and live in GA. I need some help and motivation. I moved to Georgia around 5 years ago and left an active life in New York where I did a lot of walking and was always doing something. Needless to say, here I am at 242 wondering how this happen and how I am going to lose this weight. I stumbled across this site and want to get on board. I am looking for a group to join and keep myself motivated. I am tired of squishing into seats on planes, at the movies and at ball games. Help!
