Hi all, I'm Ellie, and I need some major help, so I'm hoping by making new friends I'll find some way to lose weight.... :D

Hi Ellie :) Welcome to 3FCs! I think the best way to find some good support is to go surfing on the Support Boards- there are groups for all kinds of people :) I have a SMALL support group called Healthy Headstart for Pregnancy for anyone wanting to lose weight before having a baby, but there are tons of other support groups too- just find one that fits :D
