hi all my name is brook. i am a mother of one. I have never been the size that i am right now and it has been very hard for me. I am 215 and want to lose 85 lbs
i really want to do this because i am getting married next year and want to look the best i can. It has been 2 years and i am way ready to do this. i hope that i can make some friends that i can help and that can help me along the way

our stats are pretty close. you started where i was and are going to about the same range as i am. i set my goal weight for april 05. i have never been this heavy either. it wasnt till february that i truely saw for the first time what i had allowed to happen to myself. feel free to PM or ping me anytime. always looking for new bud´s on this journey.
