I just thought I'd introduce myself.
I've just started a diet with my husband.
In the past I've been able to pretty much been able to eat what I want and stay the same weight, but over the last couple of years I've started to put weight on and I'm finding it hard to adjust my eating habits. I want to try and get things under control now before I put on too much more weight.
I'm always tempted by chocolate and cakes and find it hard to go a day without any at all. My husband's problem is drinking too much beer.
We've done a deal where he's only allowed one beer or glass of wine a night during the week and I'm only allowed one bad thing to eat.
Hopefully, that combined with going on the treadmill as often as possible will have some effect!
