had previously joined this group 5 years ago, found a new man and family, forgot about my friends online and forgot to take care of myself! Now that I'm approaching that awful 45yrs!! and getting that 40yr above the belly fat mass, need to take care of myself! Looking for some support from all of you since I'm a stay at home mom now and don't have much outside contact with adults! (The horses are absolutely no help!! :lol: )This morning I weighed in at 195lbs. Ugh! That means I've gained 13lbs since we moved to Oregon last October! Too many big meals, too much baking! Was looking online at "miracle diet pills" when I ran across this sight again. Much healthier!! Looking forward to doing this with all of you!
