Back again after a couple of years on the boards!
 

Hello there...I was pretty active on the boards a couple of years ago, but dropped off the wagon and, unfortunately, gained back what I lost and more. But I am back and I am wanting to become active again at 3FC's.

I am starting a post in the Exercise forum for those of you who have an exercise routine going who want to share your exercise and thoughts for the day, as well as trials and fun stuff, etc.
