I've actually been a member here at 3fc for quite sometime, but havent really been dedicated, but lately, I've been working my butt off! lol yay! go me! So i was curious if anyone wants to help me? i'm 16, canadian, 5'1, 135 or so, and i really really want to lose weight. i am finally motivated enough to get moving!
