Hi everyone. I'm looking for a buddy who pretty much fits along the same line as me.

I am 23, work full time, have one son and need to lose about 85lbs. I live in Las Vegas, NV, USA and would like to be at my goal weight (I'm 5'6) of 150lbs by New Years Day of 2005. I am going to start Atkins as of April so someone who is into the lowcarb thing would probably help, and I am trying to excersize 3-5 times a week. :)

It doesn't necissarily (sp) have to be just emailing a daily food log or anything like that. Just someone who can pretty much communicate every 1-2 days either through email or instant messaging. (I have aol and Yahoo) I really want to gain a friend and talk about life and other things while keeping each other motivated and supported regarding weightloss, diet and excersize.

Oh my you are me. My stats cw 237 gw 150 SAHM of 3 35 years old and hey I lived in Vegas for a year and half. Over on Cheyenne in Cheyenne Woods apartments across from college.
