Default Very competitive woman needs to lose 50 lbs

I'm 5'7"-5'8" and I weigh approximately 190 lbs, give or take a couple pounds. I would like to get under 140 lbs. I'm VERY competitive. I need somebody who is as competitive as me, who can provide DAILY support comparing exercise and food journals.

Last year, I weighed 240 lbs, but I got off track 8 months into the diet thing, after losing 65 lbs, and I've since put on about 15 lbs. Yuck.

I work out on a home gym, I will be riding my bike, and working out at the gym at my college.

I'm a nursing major, btw.

Default Sounds challenging

Funk,

I'm in the same position you are, although I'm much shorter (about 5'3"), but also weigh 190, and I have about 50 pounds to lose. I did a fitness bootcamp a few years back, and loved it! We got drilled to heck and back! I didn't lose a lot of weight, but I felt awesome! I used to compete in fencing, and am a bellydancer, and also play with fire.

I need to lose this weight so I can get back to fencing, martial arts and doing all that I enjoy. This body is limiting, and i need to shed it!

I'll be happy to be your email buddy if you still want some motivation. I just joined Curves, so I'll be doing that, but once my weight starts coming off, I'll be kicking it up.

I'm ready to start whenever you are.

That fitness bootcamp sounds like a lot of fun! I bought a bellydancing video recently. I really gotta try doing that more often, but I have difficulties doing it with the kids bouncing around. I'm in my early 20s btw, married, with 3 kids.

I joined Curves back in February. In fact, that's how I lost 65 lbs in 8 months! What's your e-mail address?
