One more newbie!!!!
Hi,
I am new here as well, and wanted to introduce myslef shortly. I am 26 years old, SAHM at the moment, my daughter is 3 monts old (tomorrow). I am breastfeeding her fully, so I cannot make any extreme diet, but I try to lose weight slowly. I would like to achieve my goal weight before January 2005, as I am coming back to work then. My goal weight is my pre-marriage weight (5 years ago) and I felt great then. I know it might not be possible to achieve it after having given birth, but at least I would like to try. At the moment I have achieved my pre-pregnancy weight, which is not bad as well. Oh, one more thing, I live in Berlin, Germany, but come from Poland. I hope to talk to you soon |
:wave: Welcome Gosia. Germany, wow, I've always wanted to go there. I imagine it's beautiful. Contratulations on your beautiful new daughter :balloons: I also wanted to tell you that, yes, you can return to your previous weight even after having a child. About 3 months after giving birth to my daughter I went on a healthy, balanced diet and started regular workouts. 6 months later I was smaller than I was before the pregnancy. It can be done and you CAN do it! The best of luck to you!

I'm new as well. I did the German WW before I came to the US, but started slacking when I came over and now I am restarting again with the American program. Are you following the German program at the moment? (0 Pts. for most fruit, no Flex Pts. everyweek) or has that already changed? I had some trouble making te transition because I was not used to counting my fruit as points. Congratulations on your daughter! Nadine |

Thanks for welcoming me here, I do really hope I will come back to my pre-marriage weight, I guess I just need to get organized more ans start working out. Nadine, sorry I can't help you, as I am not following the WW. I am more into the SBD, but modified, bacuse I am breastfeeding so Phase 1 would not be good for me. Still cutting the "white" carbs has helped a lot and now I don't have any more cravings. Hugs |
