Hi, I'm new here
 

Hi all - I'm new to the site and looking for a little guidance in my battle with my weight. I have also dealt with depression at various times in my life and feel I've been in a rut for a bit lately. Could be the winter blues, especially since this winter has been particularly bad this year and the house seems to get smaller by the day.

I'm looking forward to being here.

Hi I'm also new here and I here what your saying about the house getting smaller . I am a stay at home mom and I also babysit 2 other kids. And boy am I ready for spring. I am wanting to lose some weight and tone up. I have been looking around the site and everyone seems to be so nice. I know I will have success with the wonderful people here.
