Hi Margeret, welcome to 3FC!!! We have a forum dedicated to those that want to lose 100lbs+ and it can befound if you scroll down the main forum page, it's near the bottom. You can jump into ANY of the forums, though, feel free to browse and post and hang out in any and all forums where you feel comfortable. We can never get too much support :)
