Hi i am a new one
 

Hi i am new, my name is Tash, and i just started on the Atkins diet today, so i am on the induction for 2 weeks, i used to be onit before , but i got really sick and ended up in hospital due to a chest infection and other stuff( iam an insulin dependant diabetic) and the doctors at the hospital told me i was very stupid to go on Atkins and told me to go of it, but now i am back and i am going to do this, My doctor recommended that i go back on it, LOL, he is on it himself.

So anyways i haven't weighed myself cause my scales aren't right, they are broken fo real.
So i will have to weigh myself at my friends place. Ok so thats it for now, this place looks great ;)

I'm new...... I am 18 years old and looking for a buddy. I have not selected a diet plan and I am VERY open to sagestions! So please let me know. I am looking to lose as much as posible. I am in a size 22 and want much lower.
