21 y/o looking for a South Beach buddy

I'm looking for some one to email or chat with on msn messenger who is also doing the south beach diet. I'm 154 right now and looking to get down to 110-115 (I'm only 5') I live in San Jose. CA.... a local buddy would be great but location is not a big deal. I enjoy yoga and pilates and I've just started walking a few miles a day, though I have yet to find a good route...or a walking buddy..hope to see some replies soon :D
