Hi everyone,

I need a diet buddy. I am 47 years old with 2 children, 19 and 24. I am an Administrative Assistant at a plastic recycling plant. I need to lose 40 lbs and I need help sticking with a better eating plan. I would like to limit my calorie intake to 1500 a day and can't stick to it for very long. Is there anyone that would be compatable with me.
