losing weight for brides-to-be
 

Hi everyone! I'm getting married in five months and I'm -again!- trying to shed these 20lbs I put on the last five years. I'd like a buddy who has sth common with me to provide one another support and possibly compare notes on the issue. I'm 34, no kids, having a rather sedentary lifestyle but loving reading about nutrtion/fitness.
