Another Newbie looking for buddies!
 

:dizzy: Hi! I'm 24 and trying to lose about 60 pounds. I've been overweight my whole life. I'm in decent shape, but i love great tasting food. I've been giving weight loss an inconsistant try for the past few years and i'm finally fed up and motivated enough to seriously try to lose my excess baggage again.
I'm looking for help, support, anything. I'm online all day at work so i check email ALOT. Most of my friends are either already trim or not wanting to lose so i don't really have anyone to relate to. I'm also a great listener to anyone that needs to be listened to!

Hi Athena, I too am looking for a buddy. I started a journal today and I know that taking a realistic look at my habits will help me, but I also know that a buddy helps too! I am 26 and am looking more to be healthy and toned than I am to be a certian weight.
