new and need a buddy :)

    I just joined tonight and really want to start living again! I need a buddy to help keep me accountable.
    My weight right now is 201. I am not following any type of plan right now, just gonna work on the exercising - that is non existant right now. Anyone wanna work with me. Please!!!!! I need someone *very* committed to exercising.

    I am new here as well. I have just started the South Beach Diet. My name is Shannon and I am a pastor's wife, mother of three little guys, and Creative Memories Consultant. I have spent much of my time doing for others and my health has gone to the back burner for too long.

    I joined Curves in November but I need to diet as well. I am 5' 11" and weigh 210. I weighed 200 when I got pregnant with each of my three children but gained 50-60 pounds each time. I worked hard to loose it all just in time to get preganant again.

    After my first daughter was born I ran a marathon (SLOWLY) with Leukemia Society's Team in Training. That year I was able to make it down to 170 (for about 20 minutes). I have also done 2 Avon Breast Cancer Walks (one 60 miles and one 40). My goal for life is 180.

    I would be interested in having a buddy to hold me accountable.
