    Hi everyone! I started my journey in May of 2021 at the heaviest I’ve been in my life - 341.8 lbs. I’m 5’5”. I’m down about 92 lbs and still have around 95 lbs to go! Glad to have found this forum for some support and tips to stay on track!

    Hello, I wish you good luck with your weight loss. I also want to lose some weight now and it is really important to me. I found Noom and I understand that it would be good to find an application that will help me control the amount of calories consumed and select the exercises that are right for me.
