Newbie here

  • Hello I'm Jane and this is my very first post. I'm just getting started and wanted to introduce myself. I'm so excited to be here and looking forward to sharing, supporting and learning from others on my journey to getting healthier and in better shape physically and mentally. I was always very physically active and after dealing with some health issues over a period of 10 years I steadily put on weight. I am 52 and I would like to make myself a priority and use a slow and steady approach to achieve my goals. It is hard to walk this journey alone and I'm so glad that this community exists so we don't have to. I wish everyone here all the best on your journey and can't wait to meet you.
